JUST COMPLETED

• The kitchen, pantry, laundry, staff bath and storage rooms that occupy about 25% of the first floor of the Phase Two Housing Building is now construction complete! 
• Funds have been given to purchase a commercial washer and dryer for the laundry room!
• 60% of the block work has been completed on the second floor of the Phase Two Housing Building!

STILL PENDING

• Furnish the commercial kitchen with cabinets, counters, sinks, appliances, hood, etc.
• Complete block work on the second floor of the Phase Two Housing Building
• Finish work on the stairwell in the housing building
• Build retention wall on the back side of the property
• Complete about 100 feet of the security wall on the back corner of the property
• Build security entrance near the street
• Condition a parking area on the front side of the building
• Recondition the main road

NEXT PHASE... PHASE THREE ATRIUM CONSTRUCTION BEGINS IN 2018.  So far, we have two teams confirmed for 2018 that will be working on the Phase Three Atrium construction.  The Atrium connects the 1st and 2nd buildings. The Atrium will include reception, lobby and open area for meetings and meals. The Atrium will feature a mezzanine bridge that will connect the buildings 1 and 2 on the second floor.

With the Atrium complete, the LARTC will be functionally complete to equip leaders, train teachers and produce resources. There are two future phases planned that will increase the training and administration areas and provide staff housing.
